Goa Factory

The new spacious factory was constructed in March 1997, with latest equipment and fully automised machines, the factory has been functioning in the most hygienic conditions from ever since. It is located in an Industrial belt in Corlim, a beautiful place of Goa, on a height of about 150 feet above the ground level and about 14 km from Panaji, the capital of Goa. The area of the plot is measuring 5,20,000 sq.ft. with a factory built up area of approx. 90,000 sq.ft. The whole factory is surrounded by beautiful cashew trees giving a panoramic view and pleasant atmosphere. The entire requirement of Vicco Vajradanti Paste, Powder and Vicco Turmeric Skin/Sun Cream for the domestic market will be produced & met here in this factory. In addition, additional products like Vicco Turmeric Oil Base and Vicco Turmeric Multi Purpose Cream will also be produced here. The production would be done under strict quality control in a most hygienic and sanitary conditions. 'The demineralised water... water for production' is the salient feature of this factory.

Nagpur Factory

The new unit of VICCO Laboratories was constructed in 1986. With modern equipment and in the most hygienic conditions, it has been functioning in full swing since 1989. It is located in an industrial area of M.I.D.C. in Nagpur, on a plot of land measuring 360,000 sq.ft., with a factory built-up area of approx 1,35,000 sq.ft. The whole factory is surrounded by a beautiful garden giving a very pleasant atmosphere. The entire requirement of Vicco Vajradanti Paste, Vicco Vajradanti Powder and Vicco Turmeric Skin/Sun Cream for the domestic market is produced in this unit. The speciality and the salient feature of this factory is 'a demineralised water plant' consisting of chlorination plant, activated carbon filters, cation, anion beds, mixed bed and UV filters providing pure, zero-bacteria, demineralised water for production.

Dombivli Factory

The Dombivli factory is situated in an airy location in M.I.D.C. area, on a plot of about 80,000 sq.ft. It manufactures Vicco Vajradanti Paste, Vicco Vajradanti Powder and Vicco Turmeric Skin/Sun Cream in the most hygienic conditions. 'The demineralised water plant provides an absolutely pure supply of zero-bacteria, demineralised water for production.' The entire production of Dombivli Unit is exported to countries all over the world. The factory is surrounded by a beautiful garden and trees.
