You can use vicco turmeric in the night too before going to bed. Prior to its application, wash your face with a good herbal soap or sandal-oil based soap. Regarding triphala churna, it is normally advisable to use it at a stretch for 10 weeks to 12 weeks when taking daily and then leave a gap of say 2-3 weeks and start again. After you start using it again after the gap period, you can take triphala churna in the morning too. According to Vagbhata, let 1-2 spoons of trihpala churna sit in a glass of normal water for 30 minutes, then stir it briskly making it to dissolve in water and add a spoon of honey and have this first thing in the morning, before going to bed continue to take as usual.
