The Paste Mixer

The picture shows a giant mixer of Vicco Vajradanti Paste with a mixing capacity of 2000 kgs. The operator is seen pouring fine chalk which is sieved automatically by vibrations, after the extracts of 20 herbal barks are transferred by the mixing machine through a pipe line.

The paste, after production, automatically falls into two one-tone vessels from where it is tranferred to automatic tube filling machine.
