The Vicco Turmeric Cream Plant

The picture shows the special type of mixing vessels in the production of Vicco Turmeric Cream. The extracts of Turmeric, Sandalwood Oil and other ingredients fall into the vessels with gravitational force untouched by hand. As soon as the production is complete, the cream automatically falls into the storage vessels underneath, from where it is transferred through pipe line to the automatic tubefilling machine.

Turmeric Tube-filling Machine

The picture shows operation of an automatic tubefilling machine producing 120 tubes of Vicco Turmeric Cream in a minute i.e. 50,000 in a single shift. The whole process of filling, crimping, closing, batch numbering and ejecting is done automatically.
